Charles Tracy Sands, D.C.

Charles Tracy Sands Chiropractor

Charles Tracy Sands Jr. was born in Fort Lauderdale Florida in 1958. He graduated from Pompano Beach High School in 1976 with athletic honors in track and cross country. He attended Broward Community College for his premed undergraduate studies and then went west to Texas where he completed his doctorate in chiropractic from Texas Chiropractic College in 1984.


He returned to sunny south Florida in 1984 and joined his father in practice who had been practicing as one of Pompano Beach's first chiropractors since 1954. They enjoyed practice for several years together until the retirement and later untimely passing of Dr. Sands Sr.

Dr. Sands is certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and is certified in Manipulation Under Anesthesia. He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and Florida Chiropractic Association.

Dr. Sands is an avid outdoorsman who truly enjoys the beautiful South Florida climate and environment. His hobbies and interests include fishing, free diving, hiking, golf, kayaking, running and nutrition.


Kimberly Kaye Sands-Kahn, D.C.

Kimberly Kaye Sands-Kahn Chiropractor

Kimberly Kaye Sands-Kahn was born in Pasadena, Texas in 1980, while her father was chiropractic school. She was raised in Pompano Beach, Florida and graduated from Cardinal Gibbons High School in 1999 with academic recognition. She continued her education at Florida Atlantic University receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences and Pre-med. She returned to Texas where she completed an acupuncture certification program from Parker College and a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Texas Chiropractic College. Dr. Sands-Kahn joined the practice in June 2008 as a third generation Chiropractor in her family. Her grandfather started this practice in 1954, and her father joined the practice in 1984. She is excited to continue the rich history of chiropractic and natural health.

Dr. Sands-Kahn is certified by the National Board of Chiropractic examiners for acupuncture. She is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and Florida Chiropractic Association.

Dr. Sands-Kahn enjoys living in beautiful south Florida, Her hobbies include horseback riding, boating, diving and spending time with her family.
